Terms and Conditions for Online Sales

Terms
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Pudding & Pickles Studio, Cape Town, ordered from the Pudding & Pickles Studio website at https://puddingandpickles.co.za/ . By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.
Pudding & Pickles Studio reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Orders and Prices
Pudding & Pickles Studio use Payfast as their online purchasing system.
Pudding & Pickles Studio accepts payment by any of the credit card shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase.
All prices are shown in SA Rand and are subject to delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.
The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Pudding & Pickles Studio will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
When ordering online your order will be sent to Pudding & Pickles Studio through Payfast by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Pudding & Pickles Studio has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact us.
Orders of goods shown on the website can also be placed by phone or email.
If you are shopping from outside SA, please contact the studio directly to place your order as terms and conditions, shipping prices and delivery times will differ to those stated on our website.
All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, we will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.
Pudding & Pickles Studio is under no obligation to accept any order.
Delivery
All delivery times quoted on the Pudding & Pickles Studio website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. Pudding & Pickles Studio may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.
Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged with the gallery at the time of your order, for you to collect the order in person from the gallery.
All artworks will be sent to you by courier service. Pudding & Pickles Studio will endeavour to deliver productss within 3-7 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email at the time of purchase.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods. Pudding & Pickles Studio cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
Once a product is considered delivered responsibility for the product, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.
If Pudding & Pickles Studio are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, the gallery will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.
Pudding & Pickles Studio is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Pudding & Pickles Studio is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
Ownership and Copyright
Once an edition is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an edition to any third party including the internet for any purpose.
Payment Security
Pudding & Pickles Studio uses Payfast for online payments. Payfast allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. For further information regarding Payfast secure systems please visit their website www.paypal.co.uk/uk
Pudding & Pickles Studio is not liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
Privacy
Pudding & Pickles Studio does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Please see our privacy statement for further details.
Returns
In cases of goods that are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please contact Pudding & Pickles Studio at hello@puddingandpickles.co.za.
Pudding & Pickles Studio accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
